(Please note that it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that stipulated ratios are met and that all rules and terms are adhered too at all times)

Most parties take place at the weekends

Other dates and times are negotiable and subject to availability

All parties are 1 hours in duration unless requested before

One hour of the chosen activity

The party bookee can arrive up to 30 mins before the scheduled party start time in order to set up

On arrival please make yourself known to reception and Party host

Each party cost covers a maximum of 10-15 children

Additional children can be paid for (per head) in advance. A head count will be completed at the beginning of the party  

All parties all require a qualified Sports Coach 

Personal belongings – Planet Sport Parties cannot accept any liability for the loss, damage or theft of any items 

Alcohol and/or smoking is not permitted on the premises

All facility areas used/accessed must be left as found  Planet Sport Parties will only provide sport equipment needed

Party packs are available on request

Failure to make full payment may result in a formal invoice being raised, legal debt recovery process being implemented,

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: 

Party deposits are non refundable and non transferrable 

No refund will be given for cancellations giving less than 2 weeks notice

All requests for refunds must be made in writing
